KMR Research Studio provides the venue for in-person market research. Our facility offers both a large conference room space for conducting interviews (from large focus groups to individual one-on-ones), and a smaller intimate living room set up for more sensitive discussion topics. We also offer Quant pre-tests, product placement, sensory and taste testing. In essence, if you are interested in knowing the opinions of your clients, patrons, consumers, patients, or competitors, regarding your product, service, pricing levels, messaging or communication strategies, etc, then the KMR Research Studio is the place you need to be. This venue has also been used for legal depositions, employee engagements, artwork gallery, team building, mock trials & presentations, game nights, cosmetic parties, etc. Come and watch the interview sessions live or dial-in and watch remotely from the comforts of your office! Helen & Michael Karchner co-founded KMR which provides support for smaller local up to larger global businesses, through various methodologies either in-person, telephonically, virtually, or in some hybrid fashion, as warranted by your objectives. We conduct market research across 78 industries, specializing in Pharmaceutical (manufacturers, bio-tech, medical device, insurance, MCO/Payor) across 110 therapeutic industries. We provide the personal service of a smaller boutique firm, while offering the strategic support of a large firm. Helen is a RIVA trained moderator personally collaborating with clients to custom design the research on the front end. Michael is a Master RIVA moderator, the only one of about thirty in the US, and engages in most of the implementation of specific techniques and methodologies within the interviews, analysis, and report development. Our communication skills effectively engage respondents in conversation, while keeping them interested and at ease.
