Liz initially focused on working with mostly out-of-state buyers with various budgets, interests and backgrounds locating properties that best suited their particular needs. Because of this, she is extremely specialized in all areas and price ranges of Santa Fe. Over time her business as a real estate agent evolved into a balanced 50/50 mix of both sellers and buyers and because of this she created Liz Sheffield and Associates. Her real estate broker team consists of hardworking and caring agents who want to get you the most out of this market. For a knowledgeable realtor, call us.
