Choose from a variety of crusts (our house-made dough or Gluten-Free), sauces, cheeses (Vegan available), meats, veggies, and a ridiculous choice of herbs and sauces for "Finishers". You may also "Publish Your Own" Salad with those very same toppings. Be creative, the combinations are unlimited! Or, you can choose from our selection of gourmet signature pizzas - named after famous newspapers such as "The Tribune", "The Sun", "The Chronicle", and much more. To quench your thirst, The Pizza Press also proudly carries a finely curated craft beer selection sourced both locally and nationally. We offer mouth-watering ice-cold beer on tap, 23 to be exact! We have classic craft favorites as well as limited-edition hard-to-find exclusive brews on tap (which always rotate), along with red and white wine. But wait! Save room for dessert. Choose from our irresistibly ginormous big-enough-for-two ice cream sandwiches which we build tower-high with our delicious vanilla-bean ice cream and double-chocolate chunk cookies baked fresh daily in-house, a variety of Tiramisu flavors and Italian desserts, or a Root-Beer Float prepared with our delicious vanilla-bean ice cream and choice of the famous Virgil's brand Root Beer or Cream Soda (variety of flavors).
