We created Point Target Fitness to help you get to your personal fitness and health goals. Our concept is designed to motivate you past your perceived limits. By integrating military functional exercises, sports exercises as well as injury prevention you can become part of an elite fitness squad, reach your goals and perform at extraordinary levels. We focus on the three fitness fundamentals (FIT): 1. Frequency 2. Intensity 3. Time & Type We specialize in athletic driven programs for basketball, track, football, volleyball and baseball. Our programs include strength training, circuit training, calisthenics and personalized nutrition plans for each athlete.
